Our Story

Clearspace began out of the belief that all of us are better together AND sometimes all of us forget that. No matter where we find ourselves (small business owner, stay-at-home parent, corporate executive, non-profit leader, social service provider, ministry team member, or educator), we all get stuck. As we pursue our dreams and calling, the clutter of life and it's demands can cause us to slow down and even stop.
All of us need people in our corner, and the corners of our organizations and families, who can step in and provide the professional and personal growth opportunities that create healthier versions of all of us. And if that happens -- our families feel it, our teams become healthier, and our organizations are stronger.

Suze Fair is an Ordained Pastor in the Missionary Church USA, certified and trained Enneagram Coach, and holds a Master’s Degree in Communication. Suze has explored a variety of careers, both in the marketplace and the church, in over 35 years of professional life. Suze has been a college professor, a small business owner, worked for a publishing company, provided leadership for a college internship program, pastored in a multicultural church, and been the Chief Culture Officer for a community bank. Suze believes that every role she's taken on, right up until this moment, has uniquely prepared her to invest in and coach others. Whether they are trying to work on personal development or set professional goals, Suze is the right partner for this journey.

Suze is passionate about a few things, her faith, her family (married for 35 years to Kelly, they are the parents of three adult children), the place where faith and the marketplace intersect, and the Enneagram. And coffee, always coffee. Suze is involved in her community and cares deeply about making sure her corner of the world cares for the least, the last, and the lost.

Maddie Peattie

Maddie believes there is abundant life and freedom found on the journey to self-discovery. This is why she is passionate about helping individuals and organizations find avenues to promote self-discovery and growth in their team members. Whether through personal development opportunities or HR practices, growth is possible and necessary. Maddie believes, "thriving team members create thriving organizations."
Maddie received her Masters of Business Administration from Huntington University in 2019. She has 5+ years of experience in culture, HR, strategy and team building within organizations.

Maddie is an HR expert - experienced in hiring, onboarding, compliance, payroll, benefits, and employee development. She is also an accredited practitioner of several personality assessments including Enneagram (iEQ9), MBTI, DISC, and Livstyle.
She cares deeply about people, coffee, volleyball, and a good day at the lake. Most of all, Maddie loves spending time with her husband, Jake, and son, Leo.
For over 20 years, Kelly Fair has been helping professionals of all ages and industries find clarity in their professional and personal development challenges. His unique ability to connect with his clients fosters transparency and trust, creating a safe space for honest self-evaluation and growth.

He's been married to Suze for 35 years and is dad to three amazing adults. He loves great stories, is moved by music and the arts, and his command of obscure information makes him a great partner in trivia games.

With a Masters of Divinity and accreditations in various personality systems like the Enneagram and the DISC, Kelly has worked with individuals and teams in various settings like higher education and business, as well as faith-based and not-for-profit organizations.
